<span style="font-family: Calibri;">I love the political movies and Sardar is my Role Model.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span style="font-family: Calibri;"></span> </div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Last week during Diwali vacation, I opted for Sardar, the
movie based on works and biography of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the freedom
fighter and visionary of united India.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Here are the quick learnings.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -18pt;">
<!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">1.</span><span style="font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; font: 7pt/normal "Times New Roman";">
</span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><strong>Respect your leader </strong>(how Sardar respected
Mahatma Gandhi, he called him Bapu).<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -18pt;">
<!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">2.</span><span style="font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; font: 7pt/normal "Times New Roman";">
</span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><strong>Strong determination can take you long way</strong>. (
Sardar wanted united undivided india and he didn’t let single stone unturned to
make it happen, Viceroy requested to let go Junagadh, Hyderabad and Kashmir,
but he said that leaving these alone will not complete his mission)<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -18pt;">
<!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">3.</span><span style="font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; font: 7pt/normal "Times New Roman";">
</span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><strong>Negotiate for Public Interest, not just let go
because the enemy is strong</strong>. ( Sardar negotiated the partition with
Jinnah, if that would have not happened, India would have been different in
geographically and financially, he didn’t give them military, he didn’t give
them elite institutes, he allowed them to use till they ( Pakistan) build them
new, he didn’t give them 100 crore but 50 crores only and that too in instalments,
also offloaded some debt to them, such a great negotiation)<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -18pt;">
<!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">4.</span><span style="font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; font: 7pt/normal "Times New Roman";">
</span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><strong>Take people and society with you</strong>. ( Sardar took
Hindu and Muslim both in confidence when partition happened and led from front,
going and meeting people personally to insure their security)<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -18pt;">
<!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">5.</span><span style="font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; font: 7pt/normal "Times New Roman";">
</span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><strong>Service to the people is the service to the god</strong>.
If he would have not taken Bardoli satyagraha, he would have not reached to
people, then people supported him become the national leader. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -18pt;">
<!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">6.</span><span style="font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; font: 7pt/normal "Times New Roman";"> <strong>
</strong></span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><strong>Maintain good relations, people will help you
make impossible things possible</strong>. Sardar had good connections in British
assembly in India, the insiders were giving him good insights of British
planning for indian politics and how they initiated the partition. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -18pt;">
<!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">7.</span><span style="font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; font: 7pt/normal "Times New Roman";">
</span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><strong>Stick to your principles, never compromise with
them</strong>. Sardar respected Gandhi but he never missed the chance to tell him what
is good and what is not for country. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -18pt;">
<!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">8.</span><span style="font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; font: 7pt/normal "Times New Roman";">
</span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><strong>Have faith in your team.</strong> As a leader you should
know strengths of all your team members and utilize them for improved results.
Sardar led from front on various issues and then handed over various issues and
responsibilities to his team members. He took help from expert legal advisors
in partition and post partition he relied on various community leaders. He handed over milk revolution to Morarjibhai Desai.</span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -18pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;"><o:p></o:p></span> </div>
<br />
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -18pt;">
<!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">9.</span><span style="font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; font: 7pt/normal "Times New Roman";">
</span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><strong>Take full control over thought and action</strong>.
Sardar had complete control on what he talks and what he does, there was no
difference in his thoughts and action. He never preferred to talk about
himself, but he talked and acted on issues related to india and Indians. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt 36pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -18pt;">
<!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">10.</span><span style="font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; font: 7pt/normal "Times New Roman";">
</span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><strong>Do not be afraid of taking strong actions
against enemies</strong>. Whenever required Sardar took military actions against
Junagadh, Hyderabad, Kashmir emperors to integrate them into India. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; line-height: 14px;">completed my first degree to get a better job as a manager in a bank at Raffles Place. Both of my parents are still staying in the small little idyllic island in Malaysia. My mother is the one whom I respected the most. She gave me her love during my childhood years. She brought me up by facing a lot of problems and hardships. I love her so much in my heart and I will always do.</span><br style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; line-height: 14px;" /><span style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; line-height: 14px;">I am very busy attending meetings and preparing proposals for almost every day. I lived a very hectic life in order to get high salary and to bare my extreme expenses. I don’t have the time to visit my mum as I usually will only contact her through letters or just a call but this time I just don’t have the time to contact her at all. We remain silent for a year. It has been 4 years since I last moved here and I have never visited my mum even once. One day while I was having a meeting with other managers from China, my secretary rushed into my meeting room clumsily (as she always does) asking me to answer an urgent call. Well, I couldn’t leave this meeting just like this as it would affect the income of our bank. It will be a great loss to our bank. Therefore, I decided not to answer the call.</span><br style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; line-height: 14px;" /><span style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; line-height: 14px;">Few months have passed; I received a letter one morning in the mail. It was from my mum. I was shocked and I couldn’t even open my mouth to say a word. I was stunned for a moment. As I open the letter, my heart was filled with fear and disappointment. </span><br style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; line-height: 14px;" /><span style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; line-height: 14px;">My dearest son,</span><br style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; line-height: 14px;" /><span style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; line-height: 14px;">I knew you have been busy all the while. You are always my dearest son and I will always love you. As you are reading this letter, I won’t be around anymore. I have gone to a very far place. My heart will still be with you. I couldn’t look after you forever. I am sorry. You are the one whom I care and love the most. Son, I’m very happy to see that you are successful now. My last advice for you is health comes before wealth. I love you son. Take care.</span><br style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; line-height: 14px;" /><span style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; line-height: 14px;">With love,</span><br style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; line-height: 14px;" /><span style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; line-height: 14px;">Mum</span><br style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; line-height: 14px;" /><span style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; line-height: 14px;">I just couldn’t help myself and I had done something really very wrong. I felt extremely sorry for her. I regretted for what I had done. I decided to put a halt to all my work just to pay a visit at my old house in Penang. As I was opening the door slowly, my tears came down in buckets. This house reflected my golden times when I was a child sleeping on my mother’s arm soundly. Entering through the door with tears, I was astonished to see my mum sitting on her wheelchair. She was smiling beautifully at me. I was too excited to talk. I rushed towards her to give her a hug but she vanished out of a sudden. This was just an illusion in my mind which just couldn’t be forgotten. </span><br style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; line-height: 14px;" /><span style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; line-height: 14px;">After this hurtful incident, I have learnt a very powerful lesson. This has taught me that Money isn’t everything. Family must always come first. This gave me a big leap of life. We must always remember our mother. She is the one who gave us happiness and love. </span><br style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; line-height: 14px;" /><br style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; line-height: 14px;" /><span style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; line-height: 14px;">Moral: Charity begins at home. Money is just a piece of paper that causes lots of trouble to some people in this world.</span>

Here is one short story contributed by my Brother <a href="https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1717517733">Manoj Sharma</a><br />

Never judge anyone..... because U never know how their life is & what they're going through"</h3>
<div class="yiv631000005summary" id="yui_3_2_0_1_1345638651061437" style="font-size: 16px; font-weight: normal;">
A doctor entered the hospital in hurry after being called in for an urgent surgery. </div>
<div class="yiv631000005summary" id="yui_3_2_0_1_1345638651061437" style="font-size: 16px; font-weight: normal;">
<br />
He answered the call asap, changed his clothes & went directly to the surgery block. </div>
<div class="yiv631000005summary" id="yui_3_2_0_1_1345638651061437" style="font-size: 16px; font-weight: normal;">
<br />
He found the boy's father pacing in the hall waiting for the doctor. </div>
<div class="yiv631000005summary" id="yui_3_2_0_1_1345638651061437" style="font-size: 16px; font-weight: normal;">
<br />
On seeing him, the dad yelled: "Why did U take all this time to come? Doesn’t U know that my son's life is in danger? Don't U have any sense of responsibility?"</div>
<div class="yiv631000005summary" id="yui_3_2_0_1_1345638651061437" style="font-size: 16px; font-weight: normal;">
<br />
The doctor smiled & said:<br />
"I am sorry, I wasn't in the hospital & I came as fast as I could after receiving the call...... And now, I wish you'd calm down so that I can do my work"</div>
<div class="yiv631000005summary" id="yui_3_2_0_1_1345638651061437" style="font-size: 16px; font-weight: normal;">
<br />
"Calm down?! What if your son was in this room right now, would U calm down? If your own son dies now what will U do??" said the father angrily</div>
<div class="yiv631000005summary" id="yui_3_2_0_1_1345638651061437" style="font-size: 16px; font-weight: normal;">
<br />
The doctor smiled again & replied: "I will say what Job said in the Holy Book "From dust we came & to dust we return, blessed be the name of God". </div>
<div class="yiv631000005summary" id="yui_3_2_0_1_1345638651061437" style="font-size: 16px; font-weight: normal;">
<br />
Doctors cannot prolong lives. Go & intercede for your son, we will do our best by God's grace"<br />
"Giving advises when we're not concerned is so easy" Murmured the father.</div>
<div class="yiv631000005summary" id="yui_3_2_0_1_1345638651061437" style="font-size: 16px; font-weight: normal;">
<br />
The surgery took some hours after which the doctor went out happy,<br />
"Thank goodness!, your son is saved!" And without waiting for the father's reply he carried on his way running. "If U have any question, ask the nurse!!"</div>
<div class="yiv631000005summary" id="yui_3_2_0_1_1345638651061437" style="font-size: 16px; font-weight: normal;">
<br />
"Why is he so arrogant? He couldn't wait some minutes so that I ask about my son's state" Commented the father when seeing the nurse minutes after the doctor left.</div>
<div class="yiv631000005summary" id="yui_3_2_0_1_1345638651061437" style="font-size: 16px; font-weight: normal;">
<br />
The nurse answered, tears coming down her face: "His son died yesterday in a road accident, he was in the burial when we called him for your son's surgery. </div>
<div class="yiv631000005summary" id="yui_3_2_0_1_1345638651061437" style="font-size: 16px; font-weight: normal;">
<br />
And now that he saved your son's life, he left running to finish his son's burial."</div>

<div>
i am a father <br />
I am living a best time of life, you know why? As the subject suggests, I am enjoying my parenthood as a father. <br />
So here is my fatherly poem. <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjD5SqYPr6ZuHqD8fY1auP3O18YxhIlrgZizQxHLAeRyDXxIUcpwGGub3UCfVbKk9kHj2XGQYaezlxs17V1IpPGC-rtEH_0n7yofahyXSWm6nOStB3jU2duDkHXFF54yQv03_p8gg4K7Vk/s1600/father-and-children.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjD5SqYPr6ZuHqD8fY1auP3O18YxhIlrgZizQxHLAeRyDXxIUcpwGGub3UCfVbKk9kHj2XGQYaezlxs17V1IpPGC-rtEH_0n7yofahyXSWm6nOStB3jU2duDkHXFF54yQv03_p8gg4K7Vk/s320/father-and-children.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
The kids are young and i am matured. <br />
They call me papa because i am a father<br />
<br />
They hug me hard and i kiss them often<br />
They love me a lot becuase i am a father<br />
<br />
They smile a lot, i play with them very hard <br />
I cannot get tired because i am a father <br />
<br />
They want me to feed them, they want me to dress them <br />
They love my presence because i am their father <br />
<br />
They complain for friends, sometimes for their mother <br />
I cannot neglect becuase i am a father <br />
<br />
I glimpse when they sleep, i cry when they cry <br />
They know i love them becuase i am a father <br />
<br />
They touch my face and i feel like a heaven <br />
I feel blessed because i am a father <br />
<br />
They go out or to school, i feel alone <br />
I like their presence because i am a father <br />
<br />
A gift costs nothing, a chocolate costs a penny <br />
They make me feel millionair when they smile because i am a father <br />
<br />
My name is attached to them today, i want to be known by their name tomorrow <br />
I bless them hard, i wish them harder, let me praise them as i am a father <br />
<br />
Dedicated to all blessed fathers like myself.</div>

<div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj-_zfvfPUUmvCBu9AouV4nUwRJJZtlpZmyfkyMLtCIKesSsYL0ADF6FNsywN3_efVLbhyuhHfhv82P7OLkgdCchHReXA9bqxQHvrN-87ulrvLhllnCPy4K3kFpBprtKo3A7JRmQxgYGYs/s1600/startup-plant-600.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="200" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj-_zfvfPUUmvCBu9AouV4nUwRJJZtlpZmyfkyMLtCIKesSsYL0ADF6FNsywN3_efVLbhyuhHfhv82P7OLkgdCchHReXA9bqxQHvrN-87ulrvLhllnCPy4K3kFpBprtKo3A7JRmQxgYGYs/s320/startup-plant-600.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
Tips for new entrepreneurs, startups or micro size companies : my own learning <br /><br />
1. Control your cost and increase your income <br />
2. Strive for continual income <br />
3. Install some people tracking and work tracking mechanism <br />
4. Don’t just rely and depend on your people, check everything they do <br />
5. Don’t think you are the boss, It doesn’t work in current scenario <br />
6. No marketing/sales staff at the business start if you can , add them gradually <br />
7. Don’t hesitate to fire people, you can’t afford to continue a useless resource, that will eat out your own salary<br />
8. Communicate to your customer often. They are paying your bills.<br />
9. Work hard to deliver the good quality of service or product, you can’t just win on competitive prices of yours because for price customer comes once, for quality the customer is retained for long <br />
10. Priorities should be clear, if you have started business, that should be top priority and anything else should be last. Personal priorities have ruined many startup businesses. <br />

<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">A boat is docked in a tiny Mexican fishing village. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">A tourist complimented the local fishermen on the quality of their fish and asked how long it took to catch them. </span><br />
<br style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;" />
<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">"Not very long." they answered in unison. </span><br />
<br style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;" />
<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">"Why didn't you stay out longer and catch more?" </span><br />
<br style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;" />
<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">The fishermen explained that their small catches were sufficient to meet their needs and those of their families. </span><br />
<br style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;" />
<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">"But what do you do with the rest of your time?" </span><br />
<br style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;" />
<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">"We sleep late, fish a little, play with our children, and take siestas with our wives. In the evenings, we go into the village to see our friends, have a few drinks, play the guitar, and sing a few songs. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">We have a full life." </span><br />
<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">The tourist interrupted, </span><br />
<br style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;" />
<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">"I have an MBA from Harvard and I can help you! </span><br />
<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">You should start by fishing longer every day. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">You can then sell the extra fish you catch. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">With the extra revenue, you can buy a bigger boat." </span><br />
<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">"And after that?" </span><br />
<br style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;" />
<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">"With the extra money the larger boat will bring, you can buy a second one and a third one and so on until you have an entire fleet of trawlers. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">Instead of selling your fish to a middle man, you can then negotiate directly with the processing plants and maybe even open your own plant. </span><br />
<br style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;" />
<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">You can then leave this little village and move to Mexico City , Los Angeles , or even New York City ! </span><br />
<br style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;" />
<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">From there you can direct your huge new enterprise." </span><br />
<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">"How long would that take?" </span><br />
<br style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;" />
<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">"Twenty, perhaps twenty-five years." replied the tourist. </span><br />
<br style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;" />
<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">"And after that?" </span><br />
<br style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;" />
<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">"Afterwards? Well my friend, that's when it gets really interesting," answered the tourist, laughing. "When your business gets really big, you can start buying and selling stocks and make millions!" </span><br />
<br style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;" />
<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">"Millions? Really? And after that?" asked the fishermen. </span><br />
<br style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;" />
<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">"After that you'll be able to retire, live in a tiny village near the coast, sleep late, play with your children, </span><br />
<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">catch a few fish, take a siesta with your wife and spend your evenings drinking and enjoying your friends." </span><br />
<br style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;" />
<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">"With all due respect sir, but that's exactly what we are doing now. So what's the point wasting twenty-five years?" asked the Mexicans.</span><br />
<br style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;" />
<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">And the moral of this story is: </span><br />
<br style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;" />
<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">Know where you're going in life, you may already be there! Many times in life, money is not everything.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: -webkit-auto;">“Live your life before life becomes lifeless”</span>

<div>
20% of your customers will give you 80% of your business. So this states I have to retain what I have to grow from where I am. <br />
<br />
Most of the organizations have this major issue of retaining the customers; in fact some of them become a test lab for their competition. <br />
<br />
So what are the reasons; why a customer leaves you and never comes back? I would like to explain it by two examples here. <br />
<br />
This morning I went to my snacks parlor, he is the one I have been buying my snacks for nearly 4 years now. I bought something for me and my wife. Went home and here is the surprise. One of the snack that I bought had already lost the taste because it might have been cooked last night. <br />
Imagine the reaction of my wife, <b>"Hey! Forget this snacks parlor, I don't want to eat anything from this buddy in future. " </b><br />
<br />
What is the lesson; do not sell or propose under quality product. <b>Make sure you deliver the best and make sure you test it 10 times before you sell to customer</b>. Let me tell you this snacks parlor is very old in area and making good money but if I am a lost customer, he might have lost more in recent past. <br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEidenIsGcfs1oBSZ3Q5PbbibcZvUoXagtsgWhObqhVVtV8LDCe23bX9Mu_FVyIjiJV0hMLYYGYymPKV3On5rsl3oeTIjv3cF6tg5X4RHFz2dc2717XLrTr3TVuI3xIUELdBfqhNK6nLK90/s1600/Where_Is_My_Customer.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" height="304" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEidenIsGcfs1oBSZ3Q5PbbibcZvUoXagtsgWhObqhVVtV8LDCe23bX9Mu_FVyIjiJV0hMLYYGYymPKV3On5rsl3oeTIjv3cF6tg5X4RHFz2dc2717XLrTr3TVuI3xIUELdBfqhNK6nLK90/s320/Where_Is_My_Customer.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
Example 2 : I visited our garment merchant, this again is the same one from where my wife is shopping for 5-6 years now.<br />
The shop had less customers, I felt fortunate that this time I will save time. Gradually I realized why there were less or almost no customer beside me. <br />
The products offered to my wife had less variety, the approach was this "I offer this many items only; if you wish you may check other stores in the town" <br />
Huh!, then I suddenly found that the sales girl was exchanging words with other customer on her repair work of garments she bought last night. <br />
My reaction this time, "<b>Honey, since they wish we should try other stores, why not to visit others this time" </b><br />
<b><br /></b><br />
So here is the lesson #1 : If you have been offering good varieties, keep doing, if you stop adding varieties, the customer feels that you are no longer interested in business.<br />
<br />
Lesson #2 : <b>never exchange words with one customer if there are other customers around</b>, because it might be a mistake of first customer but the other customer will always feel that he will be treated same way. <br />
Communication; that is another major issue in service industry. If the proper message is not conveyed to the customer in proper manner and on right time, customer feels they are ignored on this shop, let's see the other shop. <br />
<br />
The approach that makes the difference,<b> if you let them feel that they are important to you, they will make you feel special. But if you count them like one in many, they have various options too. </b><br />
<b><br /></b><br />
Never compare one customer to other, some are demanding and some are calm.<br />
<br />
As a seasoned business person or customer account manager, deal with them differently. Especially with demanding customer, be straight and be clear, have a note of everything if possible. <br />
<br />
<b>Though certain customers do go away but if they leave with good taste in mouth, they will return soon.</b></div>

<p>Touching a sensitive topic is full of risk but I wanted to differentiate religiousness and spirituality ; most of the people feel that both are same, but actually they are not. </p>
<p>Religiousness defines the god in physical format; Spirituality accepts the existence of God but it never gives a physical form to it. </p>
<p>Religion defines the god as defined in the books; Spirituality has defined the god and its existence by examples and real experiences </p>
<p>Worship is done in religiousness; practicing principles of goodness is done in spirituality. </p>
<p>Here loving the god is religiousness; Here loving the creation of god is spirituality. </p>
<p>Religion defines boundaries while spirituality has no boundaries. </p>
<p>Religiousness makes you happy during the rituals; spirituality gives happiness from inside forever. </p>
<p>Religiousness may doubt the existing of god when found in unbearable situations; spirituality makes you believe in existence of super power and you feel that its all planned and you are only the source of making things happen that are planned for you.</p>
<p>God gives Darshan (view) that's believed in Religiousness; Spiritual people find the god inside and in creations of lovely things by god. </p>
<p>A religion is a relative theory, it tells you do this and your wish will come true, spirituality is a sure shot thing; it tells you to keep doing good things to others and good will happen to you. </p>
<p>A religious person travels till the million miles to meet the defined god; the spiritual person keeps travelling life long to satisfy the inner greed of making god made people prosperous and hunger free. </p>
<p>A spiritual person believes in all religions and accepts the existence of all beliefs along with the universal law<br>
"Live and Let live and help them to live". </p>
<p>The article is somewhere inspired by Bhagwad Gita and Karma theory of Shree Krishna. </p>

<br />
<h2 style="text-align: left;">
Here are the lessons taught in Bhagawad Gita, from Shri Krishna to Arjuna in Mahabharat.</h2>
<br />
1:- Perceiving the world as ‘Me and mine’ gives rise to attachments, ‘You and yours’ to jealousy, both deserve to be shunned.<br />
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhIb4Q_FkXvLGT6xby1AJ2iwQofrw2z9EL4tjkrqqeFmEpzJAHoofBUUtzbTbA-6tChc7xIbGHQC-dkFh8_biF2BfoLIg0hTwE6B-BDPCLgAI8jj-cPzRAZBMT68FEKcCERBgt709S0XGE/s1600/bhagavad-Gita-Quotes-Krishan.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhIb4Q_FkXvLGT6xby1AJ2iwQofrw2z9EL4tjkrqqeFmEpzJAHoofBUUtzbTbA-6tChc7xIbGHQC-dkFh8_biF2BfoLIg0hTwE6B-BDPCLgAI8jj-cPzRAZBMT68FEKcCERBgt709S0XGE/s400/bhagavad-Gita-Quotes-Krishan.jpg" width="326" /></a><br />
2:- Service to humanity is the true treasure worth aspiring, for it purifies our inner being and conquers all desires.<br />
<br />
3:- Man falls into a sinful state, when attainment of material desires and sense gratification become the sole pursuit of life.<br />
<br />
4:- One who has risen above desires and conquered the hankering of the senses, recognizes the divine nature of all beings, even though outwardly seen performing action in reality performs selfless action.<br />
<br />
5:- Smallest of offering made by a true seeker I accept, and reward him as my true devotee. Therefore, whatever your endeavors be, when performed as an offering to me, will free you of their consequences.<br />
<br />
6:- Those who worship my manifested from, I regard as my devotees and the ones, who worship my un-manifested from with their senses under control, engaged in the welfare of humanity become ONE with ME.<br />
<br />
7:- The one who remains equanimous in joy and sorrow, praise or criticism, poverty or plenty has transcended qualities that constitute the binding nature.<br />
<br />
8:- One who has attained the supreme consciousness overcomes the play of senses is known as a ‘Yogi’. For him the material world with its temptations stands dissolved, forever.<br />
<br />
9:- ‘Maya’ arising from a combination of lust and desire is the force that drives a man to self gratification – it binds the soul to the material world.<br />
<br />
10:- One who dedicates all action to ME, is ever absorbed in contemplation of the supreme being, giving up all attachments and serves fellow beings, attains MY eternal state.<br />
<br />
11:- True bliss is a state where adversity and sorrow do not exist, an ever contended state – it is like a medicine which in the beginning appears bitter, but in truth, purifies from within.<br />
<br />
12:- Surrender your complete being and all action to Me. You will attain to an eternal state of bliss from where there is no coming back to this transient world.<br />
<br />

He proceeded to crumple the note up. He then asked, 'who still wants it?' Still, the<br />
hands were up in the air. 'Well,' he replied. 'What if I do this’? And the dropped it on the<br />
ground and started to grind it into the floor with his shoe. He picked it up now, all<br />
crumpled and dirty.<br />
<br />
'Now who still wants it?' Still the hands went into the air. "My friends, you all learned<br />
a very valuable lesson. No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it because<br />
it did not decrease in value. It was still worth $ 500"<br />
<br />
Many times in our lives, we are dropped, crumpled and ground into the dirt by the<br />
decisions we make and the circumstances that come our way. We feel as though we<br />
are worthless.<br />
<br />
But no matter what has happened or what will happen, you will never Loose your<br />
value.<br />
<br />
<b>"Never let yesterday's disappointments overshadow tomorrow's dreams". "We are</b><br />
<b>what we believe we are".</b><br />

<b>SAND & STONE</b><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">A story tells that two friends were walking through the desert. During some point of </span><span style="font-size: large;">the journey they had an argument, and one friend slapped the other one in the face.</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">They kept on walking until they found an oasis, where they decided to take a bath. The </span><span style="font-size: large;">one who had been slapped got stuck in the mire and started drowning, but the friend </span><span style="font-size: large;">saved him. After he recovered from the near drowning, he wrote on a stone <b>"TODAY</b></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><b>MY BEST FRIEND SAVED MY LIFE."</b></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">The friend who had slapped and saved his best friend asked him, "After I hurt you, you </span><span style="font-size: large;">wrote in the sand and now, you write on a stone, why?" The other friend replied </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span><br />
<b><span style="font-size: large;">"When someone hurts us we should write it down in sand where winds of Forgiveness </span><span style="font-size: large;">can erase it away. <b><span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">Why do I exist?<o:p></o:p></span></b></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">I am trying to find answer of this question for long now, I am
not sure if I have the correct answer with me but there are various reasons and
purposes I have found those are partially answering my question of “Why do I
exist”. This is more related to <b>Hinduism
Karma belief</b>. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; text-indent: -18.0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">1.
When I was born to my mother and father, one of
the reason of my existence could be,<br />
<b>Almighty God wanted to bless my father
and mother with a second child like myself. <br />
<br />
</b><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; text-indent: -18.0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">2.
From my perspective; the <b>god wanted to gift me such great parents</b>; <br />
this must be because of my great karma of my previous life ( <b>Purva Janma</b>).<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; text-indent: -18.0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">3.
Since I grew up, my parents were tested for
their best of abilities to bring me up to the age, ability and experience that
I have gathered today; <b>I am what I am
because my parents wanted that way.<br />
</b> I must say that my parents fully justified
the responsibility that was given to them by “Paramatma”.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; text-indent: -18.0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">4.
Then it was my turn to do the return of favour,
the “Parmeshwar” wanted me to do the best for my parents, <b>giving them the benefit (“karma Fal”) of their good karma</b>. I had to
take care of their necessities and responsibilities and making them comfortable.
<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; text-indent: -18.0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">5.
There come the more difficult tasks of life that
“Param Pita” wanted me to take care.<br />
<b>My
life after marriage</b>. <b>My wife connected
to me because of her Karma and so do I married to her because of my Karma</b>. Since
it’s said that the marriages are decided in heaven, mine was no exception to
that. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; text-indent: -18.0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">6.
The kids born to happily married couple, the
almighty wanted me to take care of more responsibilities; since I gained more
confidence of “Bhagwan” now. I was gifted with two kids; I thanked god for both
and<b> selecting me and my wife on this
earth to be proud parents of great children</b>.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<b><span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">What next?<o:p></o:p></span></b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<b><span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"><br /></span></b></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -18.0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">1.
There seems to be a long journey ahead. I feel
there is more to be done till the <b>maths
of Karma</b> doesn’t get solved with correct answer on the board.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -18.0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">2.
I believe I exist and I am living because “The Magician”
wants me to <b>do more for family, friends
and society</b>.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -18.0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -18.0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">3.
I think “The Power house” like God wants me to help
more to the other living beings so that <b>everyone
gets at least what they deserve</b>.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -18.0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -18.0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">4.
I could be the source or a hand, from where “The
Almighty” wants to send his powers or necessities to many of his fellow
followers. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -18.0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -18.0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">5.
I might be the source by which my children will
achieve their goals, their karma, for which they have born in this world.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -18.0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -18.0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">6.
I exist because there might be more things to be
achieved by me, <b>for balance my karma or
to balance other’s Karma on this earth</b>. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -18.0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -18.0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">7.
There might be a reason of giving me a birth on
this earth that could be a rehearsal of my next “Janma - Incarnation” or I
exist because of my previous birth and I didn’t complete something at previous
Janama that time.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -18.0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<b><span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">The question is very complicated
and some of my answers to myself convince me up to certain extent.<o:p></o:p></span></b></div>

<br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><b>Character Building is a Necessity or Complicity?</b></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Now this is something for new parents or aspiring parents. Proven lessons I learned I from my mother and father. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgzkvUXmsJdBOmDq7zSBjR3HEmViugW8PtvpOdtdAgxpmaJxuNvw226PPnZkgZGpZR91epMicJrbfJ1Y2kiPtdCf1V_cedB_VDKrTh440rKk7P5FaZezcd3XA-sBTO3KXhV4cj3Ev4wPhU/s1600/monu-krishna1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgzkvUXmsJdBOmDq7zSBjR3HEmViugW8PtvpOdtdAgxpmaJxuNvw226PPnZkgZGpZR91epMicJrbfJ1Y2kiPtdCf1V_cedB_VDKrTh440rKk7P5FaZezcd3XA-sBTO3KXhV4cj3Ev4wPhU/s320/monu-krishna1.jpg" width="316" /></a></div>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">My parents, especially my mother was almost illiterate. But somehow she believed that she will build a social animal (like me J ) that would make her proud some day. Where did she learn these lessons only god knows but she took mine and my brother’s character building as complicity.</span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">(Other’s take it necessity and fail sometimes) </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">1.<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span><b>Let our personal priorities take back seat</b>; this is quite difficult but important stage in building a character of a child. Involve yourself in their day to day life.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">2.<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span><b>Do not tell them your problems</b>; they may not understand it at their age. Be creative if you want to give them a glimpse of what you are going through.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">3.<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span><b>Discipline is the key</b>. Don’t be liberal to everything. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">4.<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span><b>Don’t let them be afraid of you</b>, let them respect you while they keep loving you for long.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">5.<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span><b>Communication of their problem openly is important</b>; let them speak in front of you and family.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">6.<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span><b>Keep reminding them about the long term goal</b> of them or what you expect them to be</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">7.<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span><b>Reward their small achievements</b>, don’t punish hard for mistakes but don’t forget to tell them the mistake.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">8.<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span><b>Help them doing their things in a better way,</b> that’s am easiest way to be friends with them.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">9.<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span><b>Encourage their specialty </b>and find a professional way of grooming their god gifted skills.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">10.<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span><b>Forgive them but do not forget them</b>, make sure they inform you for whatever they do in day to day life.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">11.<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span><b>At teen age, don’t mind to give them difficult tasks</b> and let them do on their own way. Spoon feed is not allowed.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">12.<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span><b>Develop a down to earth personality in them</b>, show them the poor and needy and tell them that one day they have to help them. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">13. <b>Do not do anything in front of them that you do not want them to do</b>. No Smoking, No Drinking, No sex, No Abusive language should be used in front of them.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">14. <b>Keep them away from media,movies, games that promote aggression/fight/killing</b>. Exposure to such things develop a negative mindset and over aggressive nature. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">15. <b>Tell them the stories of good karma, great people that inspired you and society</b>. Be it Geeta, Kuran, Bible or Ramayana, read/see/listen yourself first, keep telling good things of those to the children. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Character building in today’s scenario takes lot more effort than it used to be, due to the influence of media, internet and so many things. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">But keep your self up to the date with latest trends and keep learning new ways of grooming your child. Happy parenting. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Suggestions are welcomed to make this blog effective and relevant to the subject.</span><br />
